Thierry Mugler late-1990s/early-2000s ultra-cropped bolero shrug. 

Constructed from black stretch Lycra, with a structured  cotton-poplin dagger collar and elongated buttoned cuffs. The poplin collar can be worn raised or folded down. Unworn deadstock condition with the original Thierry Mugler hangtags attached. The bandeau shown in the photographs is not included. Refer closely to the photographs for a complete assessment.
