14-Day Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or cancel your purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned:

• In the same condition in which you received it

• With all original tags attached

• With the receipt or proof of purchase

You have the right to inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. However, if an item is returned with signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

How to Start a Return

Once we receive your request, we will email you the return address and instructions for sending your package.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide prepaid return labels only when an item is damaged or incorrect.

European Union and United Kingdom Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

A deduction may apply if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for a basic inspection.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 14 days of your return request or after we receive proof that the return has been shipped.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
